    1. This book was a great and bloody sequel to Stormcaller. I liked we see from Walter, Asebor, Malek and Juzo's POV. I hope we see POVs from Bayland, Grimbald and Nyset perspectives. The fight were bloodily great with people getting stabbed and losing body parts. I loved the magic powers of the Dragon and the Phoenix.SpoilersWe meet Asebor's loyal and murderous allies called The Wretched consisting of Darkthorne, Dressna, Hilanda, Alena, Terar, Marcine and Asebor's loyal servant, Zekes. Malek is wo [...]

    2. Maybe two and a half stars.Interesting story line. Characters need to have more fleshing out to be realistic and memorable. Too many mundane and boring scenes and conversations. Overall, writing is mediocre and editing is poor.

    3. Book two is Awesome!I enjoyed book one but this one just destroyed the expectations I had. The relationships of the characters just blossomed so very well. I loved the progression of Walter and Nysets relationship, I'm really rooting for something to happen sooner rather later between those two (hubba hubba). The battle scenes are so well done, so descriptive, it created quite a gory visualization in my mind. Again, something that new authors rarely are able to do well, if they can at all. Everet [...]

    6. Cleverly DoneBook 2 is more complicated and cleverly woven together. No question that the following books must be on my reading list.
