    1. My favourite thing about this book is that Natasha Kyssa doesn't suggest that everyone should immediately eat all raw all the time. It's about eating healthily and trying ne things. She wrote the book with her non-vegetarian, non-raw mother and they've incorporated raw versions of her mom's recipes. Every recipe I've tried so far is delicious.If you're in Ottawa, I recommend popping by her restaurant in Hintonburg (and chatting with her as we did, if she's around -she'slovely).


    2. Unlike other raw cooking books I thought this one was much more gentle in its approach. There are some cooked healthy recipes and I think in this case it's all about being gentle with your body. All the recipes I tried were delicious and the rest look fabulous. Looking forward to making many more!
