    1. 1.5 starsBill and Chris were best friend since childhood. Bill dated Stephanie, but one night Chris slept with her, and later she was pregnant. Being a martyr he was, Chris married Stephanie. He even asked Bill to be his best man. (view spoiler)[But, a couple night before the wedding, they slept together.(hide spoiler)] After the wedding, they went separate ways for a decade until Annie, the oldest daughter, enrolled in the middle school where Bill served as the head master. At that point, Stepha [...]

    2. Strap in for an emotional roller coaster ride! This one was quite a ride and I loved it.Best friends from childhood through collage, Bill and Chris had a falling out after Chris married Stephanie after Stephanie became pregnant. 11 years later, Stephanie walks out on Chris and their 2 daughters and Bill re-enters the picture. Old wounds are re-opened, secrets are revealed and Bill and Chris re-connect in the best possible ways. Damn, I loved these boys! And their climatic fight? Holy shit, it wa [...]

    3. 3.5 starsA really sweet & also hot short story of two best friends who meet again after 10 years and finally get together. I had a few issues with the book -like how all women MCs are villains or (view spoiler)[how easily his very young daughters accepted the new situation (hide spoiler)] but overall I enjoyed it.

    4. This book had some really good moments, but on the other hand there were a few aspects and reactions feeling rather unrealistic to me. I however liked the characters even if they could have had a little more emotional depth and I would love to read more about their time together. 3 stars!

    5. I loved the premises, but I didn't connect as emotionally as I was hoping to. It was a little too much with the "big reveal" but it was entertaining.

    6. The blurb sounded great to me, and I expected this story to hit several of my buttons: friends-to-lovers, character growth, redemption. I've also really enjoyed other books I've read by this author. Unfortunately, the execution didn't live up to the promise, though I might have felt differently if I'd liked the characters or found their actions believable.I finished this book with a sense that it was possibly a 3-star book, because I was mostly engrossed despite several issues. However, the more [...]

    7. “His Best Man” is a story about two men, Chris and Bill, who were best friends as school children through their early college days. Neither had a terrific home life which made their friendship that much more important. Bill is a gifted athlete and a natural dominant. Chris is a good guy, the real thing. He has been raised to do the right thing when he can but while always maintaining appearances. Bill attracts a lot of attention and has sexual experience that Chris cannot seem to get, him be [...]

    8. Cute story, but so hard to follow with all the jumping in-between the past at different times of their lives separately and then with both of the MC's talking throughout the book.

    9. Chris and Stephanie hide the fact that Bill is Annie's real father for over 11 yrs and he gets over it at the speed of lightning? Really? I like my happy endings, but this one was waaay too rushed.

    11. Sorry, but this story just didn't work for me at all. The back and forth didn't work, and I couldn't really stand any of the characters. Gave up and am moving on to something else.

    12. I think.or can't control the direction or core of story that good(^_^:)I got [????] along the reading (laugh)
