    1. For something called Lost in London, I expected more Lost, and less of a girl who knew everything about London and knew exactly where she wanted to go. Our main character was pretty great. I loved that instead of shopping, she preferred to go out and see the sights of London. I also love how she tried all kinds of stuff out. Not only foods, but also words and also tried new clothing.Caroline was a bitch. I am sorry, I didn't like her one bit throughout the book. Even when she was nice, I was jus [...]

    2. I liked this book. It was very mysterious and lots of plans were trying to be made. I would recommend other people reading this book.

    3. I thought that the book Lost in London was amazing! I am not the biggest fan of books, but I even enjoyed this one! It was the perfect mix of funny, entertaining, thrilling, and exciting! It all started off with a girl that thought she was the most boring, typical teenager. She thought that going to london for a school project would be a great opportunity to become not-so boring. On her journey she had to stay with her mom's old friend and her daughter. On their adventure, they went through many [...]

    4. This book was cute enough. It's a light fluffy read, not meant to be life changing. But it should have been quick, and instead, it took me almost a month. I just wasn't drawn in to the point where I *had* to pick it back up. At times it felt rushed, or so sparse I couldn't tell what was happening, like when she was riding the horse. Sometimes little things happened and then nothing came of it. IDK, it was a cute read but not my favorite. I won't be reading the rest of the series, but I'm sure it [...]

    5. Jordan has wanted to go to London for a long time using an exchange program she finally gets to do so. In this story it’s about all Jordan and her friends from London and her moms friend, that lives in London, daughter. When Jordan goes to London she meets Caroline and her soon to be friends, Sam, Gordo, and Ellie. While in London she gets locked in Daphne’s store that has everything in it from food to clothes she didn’t know what to do until she found out Caroline is stuck with her and si [...]

    6. LOST IN LONDON is the story of Jordan Jacoby, a perfectly normal twelve-year-old girl. When she gets a chance to study abroad for a week in London, she knows it is her chance to do something out of the ordinary. Soon she and Caroline, the daughter of her hostess, are out and about. But this might not be the trip she expected!I thought LOST IN LONDON was super cute and pretty fun. There's an excellent sense of place - not just the places visited, but the slang and food all reminded me of my trips [...]

    7. What an adorable tween read.Jordan wants a bit of excitement in her life, and nothing says excitement like a trip abroad to London. But can she convince her parents? Of course. I mean, it wouldn’t be a story if the answer was no, right? But what happens when Jordan arrives is nothing she is prepared for. After all, she is there for an adventure, and she finds one. One that is more than she bargained for.Tween readers will find themselves thrown into the plot quickly. Callaghan does not wait to [...]

    8. 4.5 StarsThis was such a fun middle grade/tween book! I was so caught up in Jordan's (aka JJ) adventures, that I couldn't put the book down. While it's still a very age appropriate book for middle grade readers, I think it would satisfy an older MG reader, who is not quite ready for YA but wants something a little more sophisticated.I love that JJ and her friends romp around London completely unsupervised by adults. It's a great way to see tweens earning their independence and stretching their b [...]

    9. Jordan just got to London for a school trip and the girl she's supposed to be good friends with already hates her. Although when she gets locked in a department store overnight and a bunch of thefts keep taking place right after they go to the different sites, Jordan wonders if she should have gone on this trip after all. I gave this book five stars because I really couldn't put it down! I thought it was really good and can't wait until the other two "Lost in" come out! I would recommend this bo [...]

    10. Totally adorable and every kid's dream to be locked in a department store. It's like Corduroy for the tween set. Plus: LONDON.

    11. This is a story of a person whose name is Jordan Jacoby. Her life is boring until she goes to London. There she makes friends with many people, visits many places. And the best part is that she got DE-BOREDIFIED

    12. 12-year-old Jordan Jacoby wants to ditch her boring life in Delaware. She manages to do that on a week long school exchange program to London. She manages to have multiple adventures, however improbable they may seem, and makes new friends. She also manages to earn the gratitude of the Queen AND introduce a new store department - all in a week! Tweens would probably love this it was entertaining and a quick read. Similar in many ways to "Anna and the French Kiss" for a younger age group.

    13. Jordan was ready to start the “de-bored-afication” her life and a school trip to London would be the perfect beginning! Upon convincing her parents of the educational benefits of the journey, and swearing to get an A – or A minus – on the photo montage of her trip, Jordan lands in London, finds herself at home in the mansion of her host family, and discovers that Caroline, the host family’s daughter that is her age, is less than thrilled with her arrival. Yet Caroline begins to show Jo [...]

    14. I received my copy courtesy of First Reads giveaways.Twelve year old Jordan is a little bored with her life and surroundings, having not ever had the opportunity to travel or take part in anything she considers exciting. So when her school announces an exchange program, she convinces her parents to allow her to participate. This takes her to London, where she has the adventure of her young life, including getting locked in a department store overnight, seeing the sights of London, and ultimately [...]

    15. Dumb-cute, which seems about right. Jordan's off to London on a 'school-sponsored trip', which seems to mean nothing except that she has to do some kind of project about her trip—she doesn't go with any other students or teachers, and she stays with a family friend. While in London, Jordan (who is thirteen, not twelve as the synopsis suggests) meets the family friend's stepdaughter, who a) is a 'cool girl' and b) seems to have a stick up her bum with regard to Jordan. Shenanigans happen. It was [...]

    16. A tween's foreign exchange experience lands her in London luxury-and some hot water as well! Twelve-year-old Jordan isn't unhappy, but she's definitely bored. So when she gets the chance to take part in a London exchange program, she's thrilled to ditch her small town in Delaware and see the world across the pond. Unfortunately, Jordan's host sister in London, Caroline, isn't exactly enthusiastic about entertaining an American girl. Despite the chilly welcome, Jordan finds herself loving the cit [...]

    17. Lost in London is a fun and entertaining pre-teen read . It was basic and straight up fun. It follows Jordan , a girl who is bored with her life and wants to go on a massive adventure. Her wishes are granted when her school decides to conduct a student exchange programme. She flies to London , where she stays with her mother's best friend and realizes that preteens do not act their age and have an air of drama and sass around them. Her host's daughter is not so excited to have her around leaving [...]

    18. I just finished this book and really enjoyed it. It was a very fun read - it was like being in London with JJ. I liked the different characters in the story, they all had different personalities that were easy to relate to. My favorite character was Ellie, she was quirky & funny and had me laughing out loud sometimes. The story itself is exciting and suspenseful, there were nights I did not want to put it down. I hope to someday visit London, and when I do, I have a list a places to see, tha [...]

    19. It was funny. it was good. it was cute. it was not my typical read, but I enjoyed it. however it was a little unrealistic. I still thought it was good. you should read it. it makes me want to go to London!

    20. Lost in London by Cindy Callaghan is about a 13 years Jordan. Jordan has never been anywhere. Through her school Jordan gets a chance to go to London. She gets to stay with one of her mom's best friends who has a step daughter the same age named Caroline. This book reminds me of the Mixed up Files of Mrs Basil E. Frankeiler. The adventures Jordan and her new friends have are similar. The only thing that does not make sense is that if this is a school trip where are all the other students and teac [...]

    21. Jordan Jacoby is a thirteen year old girl thirsty for adventure. Her pleas all fell into deaf ears until the Summer her parents gave in for a miraculous and mysterious reason. She landed in London with plans of "de-bored-ifying" her life.I loved the sightseeing and the shenanigans with Caroline and her group of friends. I also enjoyed learning some staple English words along the way.The characters though. I felt like the author tried too hard to make them extremely cliché but it didn't hurt my ex [...]

    22. Have you ever wanted to take a trip to London? You'll feel like you have by the time you reach the end of this book. Cindy Callaghan has expertly created a believable story about a young girl who gets to spend a week "across the pond" with some new friends. She unwittingly finds herself involved in an exciting mystery. I've spent a week in London and I didn't see near the sights that JJ did. Lost in London makes me want to head back over for the real experience. In addition to giving tweens the [...]

    23. Lost in London was a really fun book! I am in middle school and loved it so much and could hardly put it down to go to sleep at night! It is very cool being exposed to another country and it seemed like the author researched London for the book. It mentioned a lot of the sights and I liked learning about London. Overall it was a very good read! It was quite a mystery and I couldn't wait to see how it would turn out. It felt like it opened new doors to a completely different place and the book br [...]

    24. This is a review from my 11yo, who finished the book in a day! This is a fun-filled book that makes you want to be there too. The characters keep their awesome personalities all throughout the story and the plot is so action packed it should definitely keep going. "Lost in London" is funny, mysterious, and takes you on a vacation to London that turns into a desired journey with animated friends.
